Check out Bloomberg's BGREEN program. Per the timeline at the bottom of the Introduction page, they reduced carbon intensity by 11% over the past 2 years. The company is on track to exceed their goal of 50% carbon footprint reduction by 2013!  Even as Washington yacks and dithers about a carbon policy, Corporate America is already dealing with carbon - and making money at the same time!  Now if those innovative companies would only publicize it and educate folks so Washington can take cover, let the people lead and put America in the forefront of the clean energy revolution.
